6 days apart.This time I had 4oz salmon with 1 large sweet potato on my way to the gym to do quads and hams.I took the latest pic when I left the gym.

People with nasty calves like that are badass cuz those are soo hard for many to achieve and genetics play a big role as well

You know it!!Tomorrow is going to be the first calorie surge day in 39days since I began the diet.Instead of going for a sugary cheat meal I'm gonna trade all my slow digesting carbs for white carbs.White potatoes in place of my oats in the morning and replacing my brown rice carbs for penne pasta.I'm gonna go to the gym twice tomorrow since I have off for good Friday.Wake up do my usual abs with 25 min cardio.Then off to the gym for calves,go back later for shoulders.Switch things up a bit shake my routine up.My veins are gonna look like road maps from the fast carbs so things will be interesting.

I love when I get asked or even assumed that I'm on gear it's very vindicating,but no bro last August I finished up with the gear this summer it's all business all natty and from no on.I've never been more driven just dieting like this and training smart,it's pretty exciting once you figure out how to dial yourself into what works.
I train calves once a week.I used to train them with quads and hams but I couldn't get them sore anymore.I now train them during my arm workout away from legs completely,and the pain is back "gotta love it".I do standing calve raises toes in heels out shoulder width apart 4x15 reps.Inverted leg press shoulder width apart 4x15 never going to failure.
