personally i think it is overtraining, what do ya'll think
6 sets of warm up on leg press
12 plates x 15 reps
14 plates x 15 reps
16 plates x 15 reps
16 plates and 2 25's x 12 reps
12 plates x 25 reps
each set was superset with leg extensions to failure
ballet squat with plates 3 x 12 superset with sissy squat to failure
lunges with hip flexor machine superset
single leg curls
leg extension supersets
