The question no one can answer...

    Eggs.
    Where is the protein?
    In the white?
    The yolk?
Or both? (And what's the split if both?)

Been trying to get an answer on this for a while now.

no, it says LARGE egg and gives weight

All I eat is extra large eggs as well, but my carton actually has the macros, but not separated in whites and yolks

well i'm not noone so i guess i can answer it, lol

there is protein in both, in fact, in order for an egg to have a bioavailibility value of 100(which is the basis by which all proteins are rated) you must eat both the yolk and the egg white as yolk contains some amino acids that the egg albumin does not

i base them on alot of things, but most of the time it's on convenience since i go to college and only have 10 minutes in between classes to eat and get across campus, that makes egg whites paramount to my diet

when i get home i will vary the sources from chicken, lean beef, tuna, salmon, etc....
