Losing motivation - Dunno what to do now.

I'm really shruggling on what to do now, I'm so low on money so I cant really gain my so called mass what i want to acheive, im just unable to know what I want to do with me self.

I want to be cut for the summer, what would you recommend on me doing?

My main goal was to bulk up staying as lean as possible (15-16% body fat) to around 225 pounds, then cut to around 210 or something and stick around 9-10% bf.

At the moment I'm around 184pounds, 6foot tall, Im unsure on me body fat now, any guesses?

    Mon - Chest / Tri
    Tue - Legs / Abs
Wed - Shoulders/Traps (Sometimes i just rest and do it on the thursday)
Thur - Cardio / HITT / Circuit training which ever.
    Fri - Back-Biceps

Diet consists of around 3000-3500 per day. Wish i could get more in.
Cant even afford protein shakes, shit being a student while getting no benefits.

You say i got ANY strong points? I know my legs are my weakpoint (I Hope :/)

I can only view the thumbnails but I would guess bf at around 10%. I'm about the same size as you and have similar goals. When I start to lose motivation I just set smaller side goals and deadlines. I also switch up my routine frequently. If I were you I would set a goal to gain some size on your legs. By gaining size there it will bring more overall mass.

Ok man you're coming off as if you're either very disappointed or you're depressed with your body. At 6'0 185 lbs, you're far from a little guy when you're talking about the avg man. I think you look good man(no homo of course lol) Just keep your head up, and keep lifting.

If you can only afford 3000-3500 cals a day then for you're height and weight, that sound about perfect as long as they're clean cals. Also don't get beat up about the whey, i've had the same bottle for a long time, it's better to use real food anyways, I use it just when i'm to lazy to cook pwo or for breakfast.

You can only gain up around 5-15lbs of muscle each year so don't expect so much in a short period of time. It will come with hard work and good effort. Just keep on pushing.

Im not dissapointed or depressed, I just feel im at a zone where im just going to be staying the same, it doesn't help being at a crappy gym where you cant deadlift or squat due to lack of weights, will be moving gym after the summer so hopefully actually lift some heavy weights!
And yeah there usually always mostly clean cals, do have the odd bad thing now and again but doesn't really matter. thanks

    1. Find a job. (if you dont have already)
    2. Save everything even change and you'll eventually get like 25bucks look on Amazon and buy some protein.
    3. Frustration hits everyone especially at this point in our economy. Keep working at it and the motivation will come when you realize that the hard work and dedication is really paying off.

I like to check the Members pictures everyday just to see how others are progressing and it's really good when you see someone with such a positive attitude towards lifting. Goodluck and don't stop.

    Any more suggestions?
Not to sure how i'll look if i was to cut abit.

Say im roughly on 14%-15% bf on these 2 pics
and dropped to around 11-12%, would i look alot smaller? or do i have a good amount of muscle behind the fat?
