    Your looking great bro!!!

you might wanna start going heavier, with less reps now to kick out your abs.

    Either way great improvement...

200 in red pants pic.172 in the second pic and I weighed my self last night after my pwo meal and I was 172.3.Yes the scale has stopped but I'm getting leaner. My next stage of the diet is letting go of some of my carbs and fats I don't wanna lose any size but if I wanna take it to the next level I gotta suck it up and raise my cardio a bit drop the carbs by half drop the oil fats with my eggs and almonds, which will leave me with just the fat from my sirloin at night.I'm gonna start this on monday.Today was the first day of 40 days of dieting that I raised my calories a bit kinda like a calorie surge day.Trading all my slow digesting carbs for starchy carbs and I'm throwing in bananas in with my first 3 meals and natty pb in before my workouts also.I'll do this today and tomorrow just to trick my body a little and get it out of the same old routine.

Hell yeah, that's the secret of all the fat loss success for me bro and my consistancy with my diet. Some people can deal with it and for people like me I can't do it any other way.But it's easier for me to do things that seem difficult if it was easy there would be no challenge to rise too.Every thing's a test and I get off on pushing my self past the doubt.

I like that, got me a little pumped up reading it. Off to push myself right now.

It's not easy. This morning 8 set ab routine then 30mins of cardio and now off to do the big dance. Man is it ever worth it though. You have the body i'm aiming for so congrats for your success thus far bro.

Abs every morning 50 crunches 50 leg lifts x2 followed by 25 min at 2.2 on treadmill. Then abs after weight training just high reps with 1 day a week low reps no more then 12 reps with high weight. This was mainly a spot reduction technique, now I'm gonna train abs 4 sets every other day heavy weight crunches with leg lifts and raise my calorie expenditure by 20 min pwo which will bring my total pwo cardio to 40 min.I've decided to keep my calorie intake the same after talking with a ameteur bbr who said I'm only gonna get smaller by doing that as I figured would happen and was rite so scratch that idea.I need to start doing heavy weight to etch in the gut ruts.I've flattened out the abdomen now it's time to develop the abs.
