PCT is Post Cycle Therapy...something you'll want to have a full knowledge of before doing any sort of AAS.
Sweat and a clean diet are going to give the best results for now...certainly not an oral only cycle. Someone with your BF% is also much more susceptible to gyno.
I imagine you are looking for help on leaning up? If so, spend some time in the diet section, look into AM cardio on an empty stomach, and look through the picture section of guys with similar builds to yours who have made amazing strides by adjusting their diet and their cardio.
After you drop half of your BF%, you can begin to think about AAS again (but only after totally educating yourself...because I can tell you that if you think a dbol only "cycle" is the answer, yoiu have much to learn).
