So yesterday i went a little too low on the hack squat machine while i was warming up and hurt my left knee. i've never had any serious knee problems and i'm walking just fine now. but after i felt the pain i couldn't complete my workout, regardless of what leg exercise i was trying.
how long do yall think i should not lift with it?
it didn't bother me last night at work when i constantly have to go up and down stairs all night.
