what size pin length do you guys recomend for the delt and also the glute . have been using 5/8 but think i should be using alittle longer pin?

1" for delts 1 1/2-2 for glutes

this hasn't been asked in an hour or so, I'll dive in.
I use 1" 25ga for everywhere but glute, I use 1.5" 23ga for glute. Some like 5/8" for delt.

I'm lazy and use 23ga. x 1" for all my IM shots.

happy! anyways. i could only get my hands on some 22g 1.5'' so i guess thats what i am gonna use..

I just did a 2" in my quad just don't go in as far.
