Hello guys i'm new to the board although i do troll through here good bit just reading, now decided to become member. I've done several cycles before but this is going to be first one that i've used this combo and i was needing some advice on diet, workout, and when to take.
I have 20 cc's of supertest 450mg
20 cc's of deca 200mg
Also 150 tabs of 10mg d-bol
Any suggestions on how and when during week to take these? i've heard different advice but nothing what i'd trust that they know what they are talking about. Do i even bother with using the d-bol at the start of the cycle
My normal work out is Monday Chest tri's, Tuesday Back bi's, wed legs shoulders, take thursday off. Friday go back to chest tri's, sat back and bi's again. Is this over working them if your on a cycle?
