    Lightbulb Not my first cycle but........need some advice

    Hello guys i'm new to the board although i do troll through here good bit just reading, now decided to become member. I've done several cycles before but this is going to be first one that i've used this combo and i was needing some advice on diet, workout, and when to take.

    I have 20 cc's of supertest 450mg
    20 cc's of deca 200mg
    Also 150 tabs of 10mg d-bol

    Any suggestions on how and when during week to take these? i've heard different advice but nothing what i'd trust that they know what they are talking about. Do i even bother with using the d-bol at the start of the cycle

    My normal work out is Monday Chest tri's, Tuesday Back bi's, wed legs shoulders, take thursday off. Friday go back to chest tri's, sat back and bi's again. Is this over working them if your on a cycle?

    What is supertest? Is it Sust?

    EACH ML OF SUPERTEST CONTAIN:
    32 mg per ml of testosterone acetate
    147 mg per ml of testosterone decanoate
    73 mg per ml of testosterone propionate
    73 mg per ml of testosterone phenylpropionate
    125 mg per ml of testosterone cypionate

    I can get more deca thats just what i have on hand.

    Yeah it is Sust. On the vial does it say 250mg/ml? I personally haven't seen 450mg/ml Sust vials.

    This is what I am thinking

    1-12 Sust 250mg EOD
    1-10 Deca 400mg/week
    1-4 Dbol 20mg ED


    What do you think?

    I was going to do

    1-12 450 Sust
    1-10 Deca 400mg week
    1-5 Dbol at 40 or 50 mg week

    Do i not need as much test?

    how about 125mg/eod

    250mg/eod is a gram of test a week!

    Is that 450mg/week or 450mg EOD?

    As for the dbol, 40-50mg is fine. My dosage was on the low side, I just realized.

    with sust it is best to inject it at least EOD to take advantage of those short esters in that blend

    personally, i like single esters better

    I was talking week, would it be better to do it once week or split it up 3 time in the week?

    Sust has to injected EOD at least.

    You said you already cycled before, you should already have a solid diet and workout in place.

    Personally I only train each body once a week unless its abs.

    dont take this wrong, but after doing "several cycles" you should have some better knowledge on workout, and as for diet most need help there ill give you that

    what are your stats?

    I have a decent diet in mind but with different combo's shouldn't diets be set up different?

    i mean obviously a bulking diet will differ from a cutting diet

    as for working out, you should know your body and what works best for you growth and strength wise by now

    best bet on the diet is to go ahead and go to the diet forum, let em know your goals and such and what you eat on a typical day and someone there can help you out, Phate is always roaming around there and give great diet advice

    also, what do you have lined up for pct?

    I'm 23, With any of my other cycles i only have done bulking diet, but this time i kindof wanted to go with different approach.

    so i assume you want to lean bulk?

    eat clean man, stay away form greasy food, sodium, pizza soda, fatty foods and sweets

    eat a lot of lean protein, good carbs (rice, whole wheat noodles, oatmeal, red potatoes thinks like that) veggies, alota water

    keep up with your cardio on cycle

    i mean theres so many things, thats just a quick lil overview

    alright pct needs work

    i use clomid and nolva

    clomid 100/50/50/50
    nolva 40/20/20/20

    i run adex throughout my cycle only for precautionary reasons, not everyone needs it. you need to kno whether you are gyno prone or not

    if i didnt run it on cycle, id run it in pct

    read some of the pct stickies

    yes lean bulk, before in my diets to be honest i've been a little sloppy
