well here it goes,
male 24, been going to the gym on and off for 2 3 years, no seriouse routine but try and work at home mostly,
i am a verry skinny lad and feel quite intimidated by joining a site like this but hey we all start somewhere all tho cant help feel i have left it too late.
currentley weigh at 10.5 stones at 6 ft 4, yes you can laugh, im verry health and eat well, have considered steroids obviously which brought me to this sight, after much debate thought id come say hello and hopefully you guys can give me some pointers and tips to bulking up as quick as possible.
anyways this is a big step for me and im so looking forwad to puting on my desired weight for my first target of 12 stone beore august, tough call but im sure you guys wil help me as you have all done with the other,
grate site verry helpfull and educational too.
