    1 times cycle only?

    I admit I'm very uneducated in the steroid field, and I've been considering the pros and cons of a single cycle and would like to hear an unbiased answer to my question. (when steroids are brought up, most people will tell you NO!) I understand principles of weight lifting, since I have been weight lifting for over 3 years now. I understand that diet is detrimental to getting results when weight lifting and unfortunately my metabolism is so fast that at 4500 calories a day I still struggle to get larger.

    My question is clear and simple, if I used a single cycle , that would last for a short amount of time, would the steroids help me get over the blockade of being a skinny guy? and if used correctly could I get out at the end with few side effects or permanent dangers?

    I understand I would need to be fully educated on the steroid before use, and if the answer is no then I will not attempt to use them.

    weight: 157 pounds
    bf: about 6%
    height: 6'2

    the struggle I am with diet, is I'm eating about 4500 calories per day 280 grams protein, 540 grams carbs, fat 75 grams and a total of 4403 calories yet my gains are still slow. Do you have any suggestions diet wise, is there any food i could eat that would quiclkly put on fat, because honestly I would be happy putting on ten pounds of straight fat.

    You would be happy with 10lbs of fat? Wow.
    Head to the diet section and read up, but to be honest I'm not sure any of this is right for you.

    Sorry what I said was exaggerated, what I mean is I don't care if I put on some fat while trying to bulk, some more fat would be benificary and likely slow my metabolism down
