hey guys,
Im a 20 year old male looking for some good lifting tips. I have been doing the same routine for like the last two years and am looking for some new idea. I usually do day 1) arms 2)legs, day off, 3) chest 4) back, day off, 5) shoulders.
I am 5'7 and wieght 170.
I can flat bench 275 and incline 245
My squat max is 250
My deadlift is around 375
I am looking to gain stength in my legs and back, but am unable to really gain stength in my legs. My bench press is higher than my squat and its embarresing.
I have thought about steriods, but ould rather try at in the natural way. I dont take protein shakes or anything other than daily vitamins. I know its a bunch of random information, but any feedback would be great.
