So I know my diet is where to being for weight gaining without the gear first off. Im 26, 150 6'0'' and probably 8 % BF. I have been lifting for about 5 years on and off and usually follow the Body for Life workout system if anyone is familiar with it. I usually intake around 3000 cals on a good day. Im looking into uping this to 5000 starting in the next few weeks with the proper protein to carb and other ratio. However was wondering if most of you guys that do this on a regular basis have a food program to follow if there is one out there to give you a daily diet to eat, or if you guys just eat the same meals over and over every day. Seems like that might be old. Just curious on your thoughts.
