OK, so the title is a little misleading
I'm working on my first cycle and am going with Sustagen and Primo. My main goals are to put on
some bulk (10#) but to come out clean and dry at the end. I don't want to do a HUGE MASS CYCLE and come out with 30# more meat and having added 150 to my bench in 3 months. I'm 37 and just trying to turn back the clock 10 years on my legs, chest and shoulders (ok so my abs need help too).

My diet is currently running 2000cal (+/- 10%) I'm getting at least 1g of protein per lean # and try for 1.5. I plan to bump up to 2g per # and 2800-3000 by adding more brown rice and start on the yams (I hate brown rice). I don't do many fruits, my junk food is a FiberOne bar every few days when I crave sweets. I'm under by about 600 a day and am working my way towards 800 a day in the hole to cut the fat back before I'm ready.
As I said my goals are not to add a lot of mass, but I want to add some, and I want it lean and slow growing over the summer. I want to come out of this 200-205 and 10% bf (I expect to be under 15% when I start) If I can hold on to 205# 90 days after I will be happy with the results. And my wife would flip a gasket if I bulked up too much and any of her friends figured it out, so I have to take the bulking overly slow to keep her happy.

I just want to get some feedback and make sure I'm on the right page and that I have got my facts straight.
I'm 30-60 days out from starting this cycle, it will be my first injection cycle.
My cycle plan looks like this:
week 1-5 150mg Sustagen EoD (frontloading 300mg on 1st and 2nd injection)
dont front load sust.. u'll regret it.. there's prop in sust, no need
week 4-12 75mg sustagen, 100mg Primo EoD
week 13-18 nolva 20,20,10,10,10
week 13-17 clomid 100/50/25/25
The only thing I don't like about this is the EOD shots but I didn't like the fluctuations and risks of blood levels that fluctuated from dosing this 2x a week, or E3D. I ran this through roidcalc and it should be a smooth blood level that peaks from week 5-12 and looked balanced from weeks 1-4 waiting for the longer ester compounds to come into play. They all stay within 18mg day to day (week 1-4 low 65mg high 83mg, week 5-12 76mg low 90mg high)
My reasoning for asking is I have read many threads about good results from novice users and blended esters (sustanon 250, sustanon 100) at 1x per week dosages, but also others about the dangers of large fluctuations in test levels, and the chance of having "off days" when the short esters crash. So it comes down to 1 question:
With only 50mg of the short ester Testosterone propionate in the blend it's not a huge part of the total stack, but it should be dosed EOD at least from my understand when used alone. And also on the same side regarding the Testosterone phenylpropionate is recommended at EOD or E3D dosages.
Is it worth the extra pins to EOD like this? or am I over complicating this short / long ester thing?
I'm considering the same schedule and dosages but with Masteron in place of the Primo as well. Just depends if my supplier can get it to me or not by due day.
