Ok, so I started my first cycle and i'm about 5 weeks in. I've been shooting Test 250 twice a week and was wondering if it would be ok to switch to Test 400 for the last 6 weeks of my cycle. Any input would help a lot.

it's fine just make sure you keep the doses the same.. are they the same ester like are they both enanthate or both cypionate or r they different
ya, just make sure u keep doin the same dosage amount as in .. so many mg per week.. the ML is gonna change now since its more potent. i am sure u are aware of that. thought i'd throw that it in there.. anyways.. tell us how everything is goin for ya.
what kind of PCT are u going to run?

Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
As far as how its going, I'm kinda disappointed. I figured I would be getting more gains. I've gained maybe two lbs. People say i look like i've grown but i don't think it's any more then I would have if I was off the stuff. This is the reason i'm thinking about changing it up
Do you think maybe I got some bad stuff?

7:30 AM Morning shake
oatmeal, peanut butter, whey, milk, whatever fruit i
have laying around. It's usually a good 3 cups of ingredients
12:00 PM Lunch
Tuna/chicken/ham etc...
Pretty much anything type sandwhich you can think of goes in there
2:00 PM Snack
Anything i can get my hands on
7:00 PM Dinner
Large meals, mostly chicken, pastas things of that nature
11:30 PM Gym
1:30 AM After Gym Meal
Anything left over from the day and some more protein
I am on supertest 250 and just found out it would be test cypionate that i would be changing to.
Your diet sucks real hard dude. And you're not getting enough sleep. Get thee to the diet forum now so we can help you actually take advantage of this cycle before it's over.
if you change to cypionate just remember pct starts 18 days after last inject... also you have a 5 hr gap in your diet where u eat nothing? it seems u need2 be eating more.. make a better analysis of your diet and post it in the diet section, like post exact numbers for every meal, meal 1: 8oz chicken 1 cup brown rice, like that, and post the macronutrient breakdown.
I understand I am not getting enough sleep. It's hard when your school 8 hours and work 8+ hours and days only have 24 of those in them. As far as the diet, I eat a lot for my meals. I don't measure what I eat, I just eat til there's nothing left or I can't move. Besides the gaps why does it suck so bad? Is that pct good for my cycle if i change to cypionate?

I agree i should snack during those 5 hours. When dinner time comes around I am usually starving.
Wow cool you have no body fat! My cutting diet is better than your bulking diet, sad but this is tough love im giving.
My diet would more along these lines if I was trying to gain weight:
Wake up 1 hour before I cook breakfast: Mass Gainer shake (whey + carbs + milk)
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 4 egg whites, plenty of real diced ham not "lunch meat", throw in some mushrooms, bellpeppers, green onion and finish with some salsa on top, 1 cup oatmeal, fiberous fruit,vitamins, fish oil, asprine, milk/water
2+ hours later eat some along the same lines, maybe switch it up with a couple cans of tuna, light mayo, source of low GI carbs, throw in some fiberous veggies too, maybe some cheese for some good fat if thats your style.
2+ hours have a half pound turkey with actual turkey, not the processed crap, green beans, some brown rice/yam or something....
Feel like its to much food? Then graze on it all day long if you can. If not then learn to wolf food down in a "5 minute bathroom break" if your at work or something. I wait till Im able to cook and eat right before I jump on, I plan this shit out like 6 months in advance lol.
Wake up and cook all your meals for the day! If youre waiting 4-5 hours between meals just donate your gear to me, you're not feeding yourself nearly enough. You make yourself sound lazy and I know your not if you're putting this much effort into your body already.
Get familiar with the kitchen and start like cooking, it makes gaining/losing weight much easier.

Thanks for the info. So pretty much I need to be consuming a meal every two hours. Don't get me wrong, I eat most of the things you mention and I cook a lot of my food. I don't like eggs which sucks cause I know eggs are excellent for your diet and some days I need to apply more time to school than cooking. Like i said before, I really don't have much time to sleep but I can't stop doing anything right now and I don't want to waste what I've already put into my body. Trust me, if I could sleep i'd do it all day. I'm just wondering why I'm not gaining more even though this is my first cycle which leads me to the conclusion I may have gotten some fake stuff. I literally do not feel any different even though people have told me I've grown.
