hey im 18, i just stumbled upon this website when i was doing some research, noticed that there is alot of useful info as well as friendly welcoming people, and decided to make an account =). i first got introduced to fitness and bodybuilding when i was dancing with a girl and high school and she told me how skinny i was lol! and thats how i started working out i weighted 120 pounds back then now im at 185 still lacking on some parts of my body but i know this is where ill be able to get the help to improve that
