Low Volume High Intensity-Yates

I do 3 or 4 weeks of low volume, then 3 or 4 weeks of high volume - always high intensity.
I work everything but legs twice a week.
I dont grow anymore
A 3 week reload alternated with a 1 week deload is hard to beat for my body but it can and does change!
i like one major muscle a day like back/chest/arms/legs/shoudlers+traps
among with abdominal or torso daily
than forearms daily
