    cycle advice appreciated (positive or negative)...

    hey guys finally finished writting out my cycle n was hoping for some feedback, positive or negative...first i'll start off by writting down my overall stats:
    age- 33
    height- 6'0
    weight- 180lbs-185lbs
    bodyfat %- 8%-12%
    years training- around 10yrs
    cycles- 8-12
    if anyone needs anymore info on me, just let me know n i'll provide...well this is what i have planned out:
    test enanthate- 600mg/wk 1-15
    trenbolone acetate- 125mg/eod 1-15 (tren comes in 250mg/cc)
    winstrol v- 50mg-75mg/eod 10-15 (to avoid repeated injections,was thinking of drinking every dose)
    hcg- 500ius/wk (starting wk 4)
    pct starting wk 16
    well hope anyone outhere finds the time n is willing to help me out...thanx again guys

    what weight did you start cycling at?

    i ask because your stats now are too light to be cycling, much less after 8-12 cycles

    ^^^ my thoughts exactly !!

    at 6', you should be able to get to and hold onto about 210lbs !!and that's WITHOUT steroids

    tren a 250mg ? never seen that before.8% and 12% has a huuuuge difference.
    And you've done so many cycles and still 180 at your height ? I think you need to hit the diet section ...

    hey guys thanx 4 the feedback.....well i can obtaing both the 100mg/cc and 250mg/cc of test acetate from my source where im located...reason weight is at 180lbs is that i have 2 go that low to lean out n have vascularity 4 my body type,i tend 2 hold onto quite a bit of fat when i bulk up...so any suggestions on my cycle? should i switch from test e to sustanon at 5oomg/wk instead?...thanx guys

    test acetate ? lol wtf ... i doubt the info he gave are correct as i know aswell that he doesnt even know what steroids are,esters etc ...

    first off you mean TREN acetate right?

    second i think your diet needs major work bro, no offense but you are WAAYYYY light for your height and it has nothing to do with going that low for vascularity, it has to do with the fact that even if you are 8% bf that means that you have at best 165lbs of lean mass, which isn't much for your height

    i would recommend posting your diet(in detail) for critique and also posting a pic of yourself with your face edited out so we can gauge your bf%

    I totally agree with Phate , even tho i doubt theres tren a 250mg/cc ... atleast i've never ever seen one ...

    ugl tren can be dosed at whatever dose the maker wants it at, so if the guy has a local source it could be 250mg/cc, though i agree that is pretty high

    thanx guys again for the feedback...yeah i meant 2 write trenbolone,sorry and yeah it comes in 250mg/cc...i dont know if i could post the company that supplies it on here,but if i can let me know...well when it comes down 2 my diet,thats where ive run into some problems, i think i can never find the right combination of foods and ratios to get the upmost out of my cycles...ill post my diet later on 2day and i hope you guys can help me tweak it out for better results...thanx guys

    well heres what im currently running...
    pre-workout:
    2 servings whey protein
    1 serving carb-up (53gr complex carbs)
    10gr glutamine
    1 animal pak
    1 serving NO supplement
    post-workout:
    2 servings whey protein
    10gr glutamine
    gatorade (simple sugars)
    meal 1:
    10 egg whites + 2 whole eggs
    2 servings oatmeal
    1/2 grapefruit
    1 animal ***** pak
    meal 2:
    8oz of chicken or turkey
    meal 3:
    8oz of chicken or turkey
    1 animal pak
    meal 4:
    8oz of chicken or turkey
    1 can of green beans (no salt added) or
    2 servings of whey protein
    meal 5:
    2 servings of casin protein
    10gr glutamine
    well there it is,hope someone outhere has the time on their hands to help me tweak it out for maximum results.....thanx guys

    there are some definite problems in there, for your body type you need alot more carbs than you are getting, protein looks to be okay, though too many shakes IMO

    i think you should post this with macros in the diet forum for us to help you with
