    Progression update... Test E

    **Didn't take juice... I just figured I'd get more people to look at it.**

    I started working out in October 08 and stopped for winter break and started again Mid- January. I wanted to take pictures of my progress and I wanted to know what you guys think and what I should work on.

    The pictures should be in order Oct 08, Feb-March 09, Tonight.

    October's Stats:
    18 years old
    6'1-2"
    180lbs

    Tonight's Stats:
    19 years old
    6'1-2"
    210lbs

    I'm starting cardio in a couple weeks just to keep my heart in shape because I'm getting winded too easy.

    you gained 30 pounds in 6 months without juice? How many times a week are you working out? What do you think you should work on most, for nobody will judge you harder than yourself.

    Yeah no juice. I just ate everything possible and a lot of smoothies with whey. I workout 5 times a week. I want a wider back and tighter abs.

    Chins, and less bodyfat will get you there.

    Nathan- I had to resize the latest pictures and was too lazy to cut the face out. Plus I'm not as embarassed as I was before..
