    Arrow First Timer - Dont Bury Me Please.

    Whats goin on guys? After some serious consideration and some research, I think Im going with my gut to do a cycle. About me:

    21*turning 22*, have been working out since sophomore year of high school for football but seriously lifting for 2 and a half years. Im 5'9", 170-174lbs *fluctuates* , not sure body fat but i would assume around 9-10%. I dont have much fat. I have been told, NATURALLY, it looks like Im on steroids, in fact people closest to me have it in their minds that I am no matter what I say. My physique is pretty damn good I would say.

    I've read up on PH's and Steroids and I just want a little bit more to build up. Anyhow, Im recieving 20ml of trenbolone along with Clomid.

    I was told take 1ml a week for about 4 weeks, then if I recover well from the soreness and what not, bump up to 1.5ml-2ml.

    I guess the steroid, itself, doesnt scare me, its the PCT. I really dont want Gyno, etc etc. So thats why Imobviously getting the clomid. What else should I look in to for PCT as well as jsut any bit of information on Trenbolone and what are some of your experiences with it. Thanks in advanced guys, I look foward to hearing more.


    edit- also, I was told take it for 8-12 weeks....anything else I can think of, ill write an *edit*

    whatever gave you the idea of startin with trenbolone it must be from a place broken, not to mention the dosage given.

    as i believe this is your first cycle, i would suggest you start with test e or c. take oral dbol as your ancilliary drug.

    your bodyweight still at a trifling stage there. you need some serious aas for some serious gains.

    and another thing, said you're scared of pct cause of gyno? it is when you're runnin on steroid that you should be afraid of gyno due to the aromitization. pct is suppose to help you in recovering your natural hormone level back to normal.

    do not take tren if this is your first cycle look on the educational threads there is lots of cycle info there

    is there any special reason that at your age you want to SHUT OFF all the natural testosterone production you have going on right now and risk it not coming back to those levels ever again?

    you are still a few years away from using steroids, and IF your body is as you say, then you could still make some great gains if you just tweek your diet and training!!

    any chance you might reconsider and use what you have??

    Yea, thats the thing. Thats why I keep going back and forth ya know? Im not some dumb kid lookin to look huge and fight everyone. lol. I love lifting. I do feel Ive hit a plateau right now...maybe Ill gain some more??? I mean as far as supps go, I've used SUPERPUMP250 for preworkouts...ive used Novedex but it gave me bad acne so I stopped. Basically now, all I do is use Cytogainer, eat, even bad stuff (fast food) *@ 21, I guess my metabolism is still fast * and I work out HARD...

    food food food,that will have great anabolic effects at your age .

    post your diet up and lets see if your makeing the most out of your youth.

    Actually the best supplement you could use is the CORRECT food ! not all the fast food.

    I am bulking right now, and let me tell you, i get sick of eating, but it works if you do it right. And I have a New york strip steak EVERYDAY !!! you have to eat right to grow right

    check out the diet section here and learn how to eat to grow !!! you will be amazed at how much you can gain if you just eat right

    well im in college and work full time so its hard to eat as much as i want while in school.

    I eat mainly 2 cups of oatmeal with 2 scoops of cytogainers in it, eggs, chicken both grilled and fried *sorry kfc and mcdonalds/wendys are addicting*, wheat pasta, any sandwich i make i use Arnolds double protein bread, protein shakes, brown rice, organic red and black beans, tuna here and there. mainly thats it. not too much red meat..no time to really cook it. lean cuisines...

    just try and eat clean mate at you age you will grow you natural test levels are still high it just takes time, good things come to thouse that wait

    here's a link to the diet forum, im in there daily with a coupla other guys that give out great nutritional advice..

    get in there and post up a detailed diet with macros (pro/fat/cal/carb) and we'll put on another 15lbs naturaly... choice is yours bud

    If you are going to do a cycle, don't do Tren.

    Do something like this

    Testosterone Enanthate - 500mgs per wee for 12 weeks. Shoot 250 on Monday/Thursday.
    PCT would be Clomid and Nolvadex, which starts two weeks after your last injection.

    If you got acne from Novedex, Test is going to rape you most likely and Tren could be worse.

    thanks dude...i mean. i really do want to get as big as I can naturally, THAT is the truth. And I would rather LOOK LIKE im on steroids WITHOUT being on it. I would ultimately love to be about 185-190. Im sure its obtainable. Darren Sproles is 5'9" 185 I believe.

    thanks dude...im actually gonig to the gym tonight...chest/bi day. Im making brown rice and red beans now and will have a shake before i go. what should i do for my chest. this is my routine:

    flat bench dumbbell 4x 10,8,6,4
    incline bench dumbbell 4x 10,8,6,4
    superset chest press 4x^
    flat bench butterfly on cable 4x^
    decline bench 4x^

    damn man, take a step back.. no need to go past 16 sets on your chest.. your overtrainig..

    seems like u may have a form issue.. maybe u need to do some more research on isolation work...

    Keep hitting natty for now man, from the looks you seem to be doing well enough without the AAS. Be patient work hard, and in a couple years if you're still set on the idea of AAS go for it (That doesn't mean don't research in the mean time) -- But looking at tren for your first run is no good man. Post you're diet on here for critique, I'm sure there's ways to change it up and get some more solid gains. You'll be much happier in the long run with AAS if you wait, and get your natural base up.

    honestly man, i really dont have a "strict" diet, set times, etc. my life right now has no time for "strict" dieting. i go to school full time and work full time. school IS almost done tho so hopefully itll be better. but so far as what i eat:
