I have been lurking on this site,reading as much as i can for about 6 months now and i have decided that i am going to do my first cycle in 4 months.
I just want to run through everything before i start
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

BF%12-13
height 6'0
weight 207
My goal for this cycle is to gain around 10 pounds and hopefully a little more
I started lifting at 17 and have been lifting seriously since 18
My current program is as follows
mon-chest,biceps,calves
tue-legs,grip training
wed-rest
thu-back,calves
fri-shoulders,triceps
sat-play rugby
sun-rest
my diet is as follows
Meal 1
5 eggs
1 cup oatmeal
apple
can of peaches
Meal 2
250g tuna in olive oil
2 peanut butter wholemeal sandwiches
handful of mixed nuts
Meal 3
250g grilled chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup salad in italian dressing
Pre workout
30g protein/70g dextrose shake
Post workout
50g protein/70g dextrose shake
Meal 4
whatever my mum cooks,usually steak and sweet potato or similar
salad with oil based dressing
Meal 5
500ml skim milk
This is my intended cycle
1-4 D-bol 40mg ed(split up throughout the day)
1-10 Test E 500mg/week(250mg every 3.5 days)
PCT
Started 14 days after last enan injection
I think i am going to go with pheendos pct
Day 1-30 .25mg L-dex +100mg clomid +20mg nolvadex
The anthony r pct also looks very well researched but im not sure if im going to neeed hcg for this cycle
what do you guys think? have i missed anything?
