    Test 300 and Tren Cycle Have concerns if real gear...help please

    First Cycle here are my stats
    6'
    255
    38 years old
    Body fat in the 20-25% range

    running Test "300" 300mg every third day thus 600mg week
    Tren A 75 mg every other day

    4 weeks in and really dont feel much, no weight gain, some moderate strength gains i.e. 25lbs on bench

    should you get a strong feel or some sort i.e. intensity, aggression in the gym I cant really tell anything. maybe slight size gain need help

    Diet 200-250g protien
    average calories 4000

    Workout
    Chest and triceps
    back and biceps
    Shoulder and legs
    day off
    repeat

    very little cardio more for warmup only

    Did I get ripped off LOL

    there's alot i see wrong here, but im not gonna go into that and just answer your question..

    has ur sex drive increased??? do u feel a very powerful pump in the gym??

    noticing any bloat???

    Your BF is kinda high and at 255 and 6'..it says you need alot of help with diet..your protein intake is low as well...what are you trying to achieve...bulk...cut....weight loss???

    Sex drive about the same no gain no loss, mild pump no bloat

    Please help with the "alot wrong with here" I am a newbie any help and point in the right direction would be great

    Looking to put on lean muscle more of a bulk not cutting yet I am very new any help will be appreciated

    Where are the rest of those 4000 cal coming from? Check the diet section bro. you don;t need tren you need tread (as in treadmill). Not be rude but you don't sound like you are ready to be on that cycle.

    well, i dont know why your sex drive hasn't made you feel like a 16 year old.. i think your test is underdosed..

    if you need help with your diet, go to the diet branch of this forum and post up a detailed diet.. im in there daily tweaking for people.. so are a bunch of other guys

    I was hoping adding some additional muscle mass would intern help when the cut phase started. wanted to fill out a bit and increase strength. Am i using the wrong choice of gear or is a cycle at 20-25% body fat just a no no ???

    With the test should I up the dose? just run every other day with the tren a?

    Bro I used to weigh 330=lbs...FAT!!!....I dieted off 50 lbs then got in the gym...after a month or so I reached out to a guy I knew and got some test...I continued to drop weight at the same time building muscle ...it took a ton of work...alot of it is documented here...training 2x a day for 9 months straight...I was totally obsessed,as I still am, with working out...What I'm getting at is ,,if I were in your shoes....I'd get a great nutritional program together..continue to work out...focus on cardio...get yourself down to 210-220 lbs...THEN start thinking about the juice...by that time your body will be primed and ready for whatever you wanna do...bulk/cut..whatever...ideally 15% is the # we'd like to see before juicing....I didn't start at 15...but because of the momentum I had built up I got to 15% and then some...I've been as low as 9-10%...That my take.

    Thanks for the info to the treadmill I go... should I continue the cycle and clean the diet plus add 2 a day with cardio? or get off the cycle all together?

    i can tell just by the diet split you have in your first post that your diet needs overhauling...

    well, shit... i dont mind doing it all here if your willing to put the time in..

    post up a detailed diet with macros (pro/fat/cal/carb) the time of the meal and the time of your workout..

    then, do some math for me..

    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )



    once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

    To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:


    If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
    If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

    I'd complete the cycle then PCT...then continue with a decent diet and hit the weights hard ...at some point you may want to consider a clen cycle.

    4th week on tren. should have insomnia and night sweats for sure
