    1st Cycle help

    evening guys,

ive reading alot recently about starting a cycle and need a few qustions answering, and think this is the best place to get them answered.

    me:
    Height: 6"4
    Weight: 220lbs
    Age: 19
Training info: been training for about 4 years im in the gym 3-5 times a week

my diet, im currently living off a 4000 cal a day diet, i eat 3 main meals a day, try and drink 1-2 litters of water, stay well clear of fast foods, get most of my cals from carbs and protiens and a small amount from fats.

    ok here goes lol,

ive read alot stuff about orals alot of people saying that ur only "half assing it" true?

what would u recommend as a starter?

my goal is to get to about around 240lbs btw achiveable?

is Dbol a good starting point?

    Thanks in advance

Due to your age and poor diet plan i would say steroids are not for you..

With a good diet plan i would say you'll reach your goal easy enough..

at 6'4 and only 220, you can easily get to 240 NATURALLY

Diet is key with or without steroids. Steroids are NOT magic.

dbol only is a TERRIBLE idea.

Is there a special reason you want to shut down the already HIGH levels of hormones in your body and risk not getting them back to that level??

    Wythenshaw at the moment lol.

Your diet plan is poor because your only eating three times a day, it would be far more benifical to eat 6/8 times a day..

believe it or not , its 88.987% diet

so, if you will post up your diet either here or in the diet section, we can take a look and tweek it for you

just put down everything you eat in a typical day and the times you eat and we can go from there

thats the best place to start

did you doctor say he would X-ray you to see if your growth plates are fused yet? as they do not normally fuse until mid 20's and if he is ok with you taking steroids NOW, then he is a quack ! as no doctor would want you to prematurely fuse your growth plates

wassup guys... hey T, thanks for the heads up...

to the OP.. im suprised your at the height and weight you currently are with the diet you have.. whats your bf??

how is what you just posted up as a diet equal out to 4000kcal???

im 6'4 also, but im 280lbs at 17%, u can get pretty damn big just with your diet bro.. so let's get you started with some knowledge...

below is a link to a pro body builder/nutritionist video.. this stuff is gold for someone who wants to figure out how to eat to grow.. it helped me ALOT...
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=323516

once your done with that, do some math for me...
    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )

once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:

If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

once we have all that, post up a new diet with your new found knowledge for tweaking.. ill be waiting

My idea as a personal trainer is just that you will be wasting your time, money and health with steroids right now, and if your doctor doesn't get that...there might be something wrong....you have huge potential right now since you are very young, and you have way too much things to learn about diet and training before starting using any kind of performance enhancing shit...you should at least diet and train hard for another 3\4 years, see if you are not already where you wanted to be, and then we will speak about gear...^_^
