Nolva/Clomi PCT question

Ive been researching on a good pct and i picked up some of the Nolva and clomi from ar-r site. My question is when you guys say:

Nolva - 20/20/20/20
Clomi- 100/100/100/100

What do you guys mean by the "20/20/...." and the "100/100/..." ?

How much should i be using ED? EOD?

The help will be appreciated.. and if anyone has a better way to take these both let me know. I have them on hand now and im gonna be taking them in the next couple days while running clen.

the 20 and 100 refer to the milligrams (mg) of each compound, therefore if you see 20mg/ml then that means there is 20mg of compound per milliliter of solution

The slashes (/) represent weeks, so for your example 20/20/20/20 means
Week1 20mg everyday
Week2 20mg everyday
week3 20mg everyday
week4 20mg everyday

As for how you should take it, I have seen many differing regiments, but only slightly different. But I believe everyone would agree that your Clomid intake is too high. Try this, but as I said others may disagree:

Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Clomid: 100/50/50/50

when you say:


Clomid 100mg a day.. do i take all 100mg at once???

or do i take like 50 in the morning.. 50 at night??


same with the nolvadex??

all at the same time, but try and take it about the same time each day
