    Questions about steroids..

    june 2007:
    Ok so when i was 16 years old i was only like 113 LBS and i was 5'7" so i started to work out and less than a year i gained 10 LBS.
    i was 123 LBS in march 2008.

    fast forwaording to april 2009
    now more than a year past and i work out, but i did not gain even 1 pound..
    in fact i think i lost 1 pound.

    i dont know what to tell you guys i hate being skinny im now 5'8 and like 122 LBS... its frustrates the **** out of me.. and btw im 18 already and i stopped growing.

    i thought if you guys can help choose the right steroids or give me some tips or just keep me motivated because im tired of spending hours in the gym and not see results... any help would be appriciated...

    That is where you need to look first.

    how about posting what you eat in a typical day and at what times, and we can go from there
    steroids are NOT magic adn only help when you already know how to eat

    i agree with you guys too.. im slacking on the food due to busy schedule... but the question is that: what steroids are good for beginners and what to eat with them to get the best results?

    here's the problem bro, we're not going to help you hurt yourself, which is what you will do if you take steroids now, you can gain alot more naturally, how do i know this????

    i'm 19, 5'8, 195lbs at a low bf and i'm natural, i go to college fulltime, work, take care of my little brother and help my mom with some of her stuff, and still find the time to eat and train properly year round, i haven't always been big, when i was younger i was 4'11, 240lbs, probably 40+%bf and at risk for type 2 diabetes, ALL THIS I CHANGED WITH PROPER DIET AND TRAINING

    if i can do it you can, so forget the steroids, stop looking for the easy way out, and let's get started on your diet

    If you have a Max Muscle near you, Id hit them up. FOR FREE, they will weigh you, give you your BF%, and print you up a generic diet plan to help you reach your goal weight. I'm sure other stores do the same thing but when I finally got my diet right, I started loosing fat and adding muscle like crazy. Like, almost as good as steroids.

    You are still young to be taking steroids. Your body is still developing. The best thing for you is to get some diet advice from these guys so you can see some positive results.

    its always easy to be on the side of losing weight... but to be on the other side, to gain weight, is extremely hard... even with a good diet... i never try to find the easy way out but i work out my ass off in the gym and it came to a point where i feel im wasting my time because i didnt gain a POUND the all year... if you would be in my shoes you would prob. understand...

    we have been in your shoes!! and thats why we know what we are talking about. The problem is that you are too impatient to listen

    We are still waiting for you to give us a typical days food intake

    NO steroids in the world will give you KEEPABLE gains if your food intake is NOT correct

    yes you are, because if you weren't trying to find an easy way out you would stop and think for a second and say, "Well maybe these guys know what they are talking about, maybe i should try their way since mine isn't working at all, so if they want me to change my diet, that's what i'll do"

    but no, you just want to do things your way, which doesn't work obviously

    8 AM: a little snack...usually yellow cheese with bread (sandwhich)
    12:30 PM: lunch at school usually hamburger or pizza with french fries and 8 oz of milk
    2 PM: a slice of pizza and a coke before work.

    2-8 PM: during work its just like maybe one choclate bar and a drink usually snapple

    9 PM: usually meal that my mom makes.. it differs everyday..

    thats basically it... most of the week... on weekend it may change...

    I have always found it harder to loose than to gain. I like to eat though

    You will not gain on that diet with all the steroids in the world and the genetics of Jay Cutler. Head on over to the diet section you have a lot of reading to do.

    exactly your problem. as stated fix the diet or you won't gain.

    no wonder you don't gain, i eat more than you before 10am and i'm cutting

    this diet is the reason you can't gain and if you took steroids with this diet you wouldn't gain at all anyway, want to know why?

    it has very little protein
    no quality carbs
    tons of fat
    macronutrient ratio is horrible
    nutrient timing is non existent
    full of processed sugars
    no PWO or glycogen replenishment
    very little phytonutrient value


    i can do this all day bro, this diet doesn't just need work, it needs to be completely redone

    ok, your diet is TERRIBLE !!! and that is why you are not gaining

    I am on a bulking diet right now, let me give you a small example of what I eat in a day

    Meal 1- 2 whole eggs, 10 egg whites
    8 oz oatmeal

    Meal 2- 12-14 oz New York Strip steak
    Plain baked potato

    Meal 3- 8 oz chicken breast
    plain baked potato

    Meal 4- 14 oz whole wheat pasta
    chicken breast

    Meal 5- 2 cans tuna
    8 oz brown rice

    Meal 6- Double protein bread
    with Peanut butter

    that is day in day out EVERYDAY!!!!!

    well, keep in mind I AM an old fart now , so the days of needing to be under 10% bodyfat are over for me unless I wake up one day adn decide to compete

    that being said, I will be between 15-18% at 275 and then hopefully the goal is to get down to 12% during the cut, which I think is good for a 44 year old guy

    When I was 18, a senior in high school, I wrestled several matches at 140. At nineteen I jumped up to 180, and by 21-22 I was just over 200, all steroid and even supplement free at the time. Its all about what you eat at your age. I'm 30 now and weigh 230. I have been banged up from sports injuries. Its a different story now. I'm looking at my options, but not at that age!
