Nolvadex Alone ?

Im confused ,
Been reading and reading and searching, I'm starting to use 1cc Enantat 250 every 5 days which equals to 350 mg ew .
Gone run for 10 weeks or maybe longer till i run out the 2 bottles.
Question at 46 of age and low dose E will it be ok just to run Nolva 40/40/20/20
after the cycle? or 20/20/20/20 after the cycle?
I have Nolva on hand becuase i was told youll be fine with just Nolva.
Im confused its not a PCT with out Clomid or something .
is Clomid a must ? I was hoping Nolva be enough. 20/20/20/20

Clomid will restore your HPTA ..get some.
Example would be...


Nolva: 20/20/20/20
Clomid: 50/50/50/50

This is taken from Pinnacle's stickied PCT thread. I was actually going to run Clomid and Nolva during my PCT but am thinking about just running Nolva now. This is mainly due to the sides Clomid gives.

Yeh i also just gone run Nolva ,I hear hcg and Nolva is really the way to go.
But im gone try Nolva alone.

No shortage of lack of experience and bad advice!

Firstly, lets start with this.

Clomid NEEDS to be run during PCT! Why you ask? Isnt it the same thing as Nolva? Yes and No. They are both SERMS yes, but they have a few important differences. Just the first wk at 100mg is enough to raise LH and FSH by as much as 50%!

Even though it is weaker than Nolva at blocking, it is believed to be quicker at bringing HPTA back to balance. Both are commonly used during PCT. It binds to different receptors than Nolva!

You will need nolva also, as the point of these serms is to block estrogen receptors in the HPTA to fool it to tell the pituitary to start producing it's own LH and FSH.

Now people might say, oh the sides!

Well yes! Generally speaking, in doses of 150mgs and above, side effects are common. Thats why ive been a big advocate of disreguarding Anthony Roberts PCT which calls for 300mgs the first day!

One thing i will say about Pinnacles PCT is that is very well done! But! It is outdated and doesnt present the most up to date information possible.

Which is why i am adding PCT additions to my sticky in Q&A and i suggest all in this thread take a few moments to go over it and read it.
