    It's hard to tell without the same poses. Looking good though. What cycle are you on and how long are you running the hgh?

    Ok I see it. I'll stop asking questions lol. I agree with Gear on the HGH, but if it's working for you... I thought you were just starting the cycle btw.

    Without knowing your goals, I would say you're looking good in general. Your chest and traps seem to be lagging a tad. Legs seem a little slim, especially calves. Good back and overall physique. I'm saying this as a normal guy, I'm sure you can get some better criticism by guys like fireguy, reed, any other guys who compete.

    Nice advanced cycle bro.

    Should keep running the GH for another few months.

    Back looks good!

    Id say legs, and chest are areas needing a lil more. As well as delts. Overall, looks pretty good!

    Honestly not flaming in the slightest you look better in the before pics.Fuk the gear JUST EAT AND TRAIN.

    Not bad at all. The only thing that I could possibly say is that you really gotta hit those heavy weights with a vengeance and eat as hard as you train.

    Also, like the other post stated, it is best to do the exact same poses with your photos as you progress...not just for online but for you to see what is improving, lacking, etc etc.

    i agree,you look a lot tighter in the earier pics but i dont know where you want your body to be.
    i got to my size and was happy to stay there but if you want a bigger body i shouldnt say anything till we see 'after' pics.
    everyone who is trying ,in a positive way,to reach their goals deseve praise so .....well done so far.

    and like what we had learn guys
    bodybuilding is bulk and cut
    in earier pix i was cutiing for the cycle am runing i was 87 kgm at 11% bf
    now am 95 kgm after 6 weeks and i think am stayin lean and i can still see my abs
    my tall is 180 cm
    5 days lifting and 4 days cardio 20 mins at morning
    now am in time off of insulin and t3
    again my goal from this party is bulk
    sorry for bad english

    my diet is 3800 cal a day at 6 meals and 1 pro shake
    40%pro 40%carb 20% fat

    Try not to get offended so easily this is a public board where people post pics to be critiqued.Your clearly not the same bf% my friend the proof is in the pics.Surely when bulking your run the risk of the ab lines fading and higher bf% it's the nature of the beast.I say fuk the gear cause your still very green in the bodybuilding game and have miles of potential to grow without the assistance of drugs let along HGH.The levels and types of drugs you said you've already done are way too much for someone so young and short on training time in my opinion.This is a perfect example of the biggest dilemma in bodybuilding today,so early on in training people wanna know how much gear? how long?Carb depleting,sodium loading etc,etc,Just train,eat figure out what works for you and put in the work,set an example for people who really enjoy developing there body through hard work,education and discipline.But hey it's your body I'm just trying to educate you on the typical mistakes people make so early on in bodybuilding.Drugs aren't the answer to your body's greatest potential,good luck.
