sup guys? i have stopped working out for 4months now due to shoulder injury. lost like 5lbs of muscle and gained twice that much in fat probably...i ate a load of crap throughout this time so im surprised on how my body didnt completely fall apart with only like 100grms of protien a day, 80fat and 200-400carbs. anyway....im gonna start back up with diet and good cardio for 2weeks and during that time i'm going to be using test prop 100mg/day and albuterol 3mgx4x's/day untill the test peaks then add the other stuff...so anyway this is what this cycle will look like...
1-12 proviron 40mg/day
1-7 arimidex 1mg/day (1mg/day works best for me)
8-12 20mg nolvadex/day
1-12 test prop 100mg/day
1-12 hcg 300iu/e4d (i need those leydig)
1-4 albuterol 12mg/eod
2-12 primobolan 600mg/week (straight from the turkish farmacies)
2-12 anavar 80mg/day

by the time the test peaks my diet will have also peaked....untill then my workouts will be 20mins fast walk-20mins weight lifting eod..
im thinking of using masteron in the last 2weeks but it feels like that will be overdoing it.........been like 5months since my last cycle
