    When do I do cardio

    I start my diet monday . I lift at 8:45 am . Should I do cardio before my first meal / after my workout / later in the evening.

    how long ?
    how many times a day?
    what time of the day ?
    before or afer workout?

    my diet is set and I will be cutting down from about 20% to 10% to start off.
    Thanks for any help I just don't want to burn much muscle if I can help it.

    i would start with 5-6x a week and add 1-2 sessions each week, personally i cardio between 8-12x a week depending on different variables

    Though about hitting about 45 min before I wake my kids for school and before my first meal. Then an hou of cardio two hours after the weights . Is this enough time during each cardio session? And the right time of day. Never done to much cardio love hate relationship with it

    You are a cardio machine!

    I'm scared to cardio much over 4/5 times a week. I just feel like I'm shrinking



    As far as doing cardio, if you are lifting that early, empty stomach cardio in the AM is best.

    If you could cardio at 7am, eat, maybe even PWO nutrition after running so you have some energy left to work out.

    I have a friend who just did a bb show, and he always did weights, no PWO and strait to 40mins of cardio. He went into the show at 180lbs to stand next to guys 196lbs.

    Every time we'd train, I'd go home eat, and drink a shake on the way home. He'd stick around and cardio for 45 minutes.

    He did not place.

    i would take some BCAA's prior to cardio no calories and at least you have some amino acids followed by proper PWO nutrition
