I start my diet monday . I lift at 8:45 am . Should I do cardio before my first meal / after my workout / later in the evening.
how long ?
how many times a day?
what time of the day ?
before or afer workout?
my diet is set and I will be cutting down from about 20% to 10% to start off.
Thanks for any help I just don't want to burn much muscle if I can help it.
