    Wrist pain

    Hi All!
Just wondering if you guys could shed some light on my situation, I have pain in my left wrist where the hand and the wrist meet. The pain is right in the middle and I can feel it the most when I do push ups or supporting my weight or flexing the wrist up toward my body.
Any input would be greatly appreciated

Same problem here brother! mine is on my right wrist. What I do is just wrapped it with bondage when I work out. After a couple of weeks it will subside.
But mine just comes and go for almost 2 years already, so I'm used to it.

Yeah pretty common with wrists, I have it too as well. You got to work a little when you get back carpaltunnel like me where its hard as balls and hurts just to hold your grip.

Wrist support will help but for me it's not enough, I use bondage then gloves with wrist support.
When the pain subsides I do wrist curls for them to be stronger.

sounds like a lunate dislocation/subluxation...you can go to a chiro and get it adjusted...granted you find a good one, you will be amazed, sometimes the carpal (Lunate) dislocates forward..pretty common, not much to fix it. I wouldn't say its carpal tunnell unless your fingers are going numb..

possibly a good work around: do push ups on your knuckles
