Wuz up fellas. I was wondering what tips you guys have who have worked/trained clents with diabetes. I know that they should it a good simple fibrous carb like; pasta, rice, bread and I read somehwere that even a hard candy helps so that their blood sugar doesn't drop too low. It also said that signs to look out for when they are working out are, thirst, dizziness, nervousness. If any of you could tell me any other important points that would help I would appreciate it. Maybe other signs and other tips on foods. Should they have something with them, fruit etc with them while working out. Thank you!
