Alright ya'll a guy here at work doesn't want to listen to me. He's fixing to jump on some gear and his girl's fixing to get on clen. I don't think either of them have ever seen the inside of a gym before...so here goes. I'm trying to teach him about AS use and his girl needs help with the clen....so how would she go about using it and at what amounts? I know to switch it up with an eca stack but.......2 weeks on, 2 weeks off with eca. But at what amounts? Help me out before they end up hurting themselves!!!!![]()
