Hello, I'm new to the forum and new to body enhancing techniques. I'm about 5'10" and 24 years old. I was 158lbs at 16 and started dating a girl i'm still with and got lazy, lol. I was about 180 lbs at one point and looked pretty good. I was eating alot of protein and carbs but working out 6 days a week. Eventually I stopped working out but kept eating that way. I went all the way up to 230 lbs and was pretty hefty at that point. I've worked out here and there over the past few years and fluctuated from 205-225. I'm currently about 206lbs and looking to really get into good shape. I'd like to be 180-190 and be pretty big. I dont east fast food, I dont drink soda, but my weaknesses are eating Late at night, eating diner food on the weekends at 4am, and drinking on the weekends when I go out. I started a diet today and I plan on doing a Clen cycle soon to really cut down. Then I'd like to do a cycle or 2 and get where I want. After that I dont want to need anything to maintain myself. I'd like to get where I want to be and then maintain it naturally. I've been on here for awhile and read alot and continue to learn more with every visit. I appreciate what alot of you guys have to offer and the knowledge base never seems to disappoint me. I'm going to post an update thread with before, in progress and after pics so I can get some advice from everyone on here. Thanks in advance!!!
