Working abs will give you definition making your muscles show which can be seen as looking skinnier but is technically not. Post your diet in the diet forum and let them help you. It is the easiest way to lose stomach fat

yea and read the post that i just made about cardio in thsi forum... you can also not isolate fat burning, if you genetically store fat in certain areas, well your fcuked!.. jk eventually it will go (may be the last thing), but proper diet/nutrition/training/sleep/etc. will do the trick

I don't do the fasting anymore, your system would take several days to get back into it..

try doing 0 carbs on cardio days 2x week 2 cardio sessions on that day only..

you'll be surprised how much energy you will have, I thought I would be worn out on the next day resistance training, but that was not the case..

I'm doing a keto kind of diet right now and it's working (look for my cutting log) I was out of energy the first few days, but now I feel great, and strong. Fat is dropping since I started the diet.

If all else fails. on another site im apart of (the T to the NATION). they talk about have your fat caliper analyzed by a Biosignature analyst. what you should do is search the Bio Signature Analysis. get your fat measured by your doctor or other source along with other info they ask you for and send it to one of the specialists. they in turn will tell you how you can supplement certain ways to cut the fat in that area specifically for you. I felt like this would be something you might need, hope i helped.
