Hey guys im just kinda throwing together a workout that i think will work well for me, im 18 6'4" 220lbs about 11%bf.

I was wondering if this workout would be alright: (Muscles aren't in any order right now)

Moday: Delts, Tri's, Quad's, Ab's

Tuesday: Ham's, Trap's, Erectors, Bi's

Thursday: Peck's, Glutes, Calf's, Obliques

Friday: Lat's, Ab's, Forearms, Delt's (Light)


I would really appreciate feedback and any suggestions!
