what is a good work out to blow up your lats and make them puff out more?
I go for the old school wide grip pull-up (my mass builder).......at the end i usually hold them half way up for a two second count....really gets them pumped for me then i also like the bent over rows with the barbells or dumbells
chin ups
genetics
wide grip, hands over pull ups, and lots of them
flat bench pull overs
wide grip cable pull downs
You wanna do Deads and Barbell Rows for that thickness. I also like one-arm dumbbell rows, seated low-row, lat pulldown.
I also do pull ups, but I don't really like them??

gironda pull ups... it's like a strict version on a sternum pull up. look into it.
1 arm rows gets me right there but i do 5 sets to fail of chins in varied forms b4 i start my back w/o then move into my rows etc etc
