I started my cycle Sunday of Test-Prop and Tren-A...75mgs of each ED!
Right now I think I am going with just a 10 week cycle with the goal of gaining nice lean muscle and hard increased definition.
My cycles so far have been Test-E/Deca, this is my first run of Prop and Tren.
My diet is pretty clean...
7am.
7 egg whites and 1 whole
Ezekial bread toast 2 slices or Oatmeal, depends on my mood. ( Bread today)
10am
Protein Shake. 50g
banana
1/2 tspn of Peanut butter.
about 1pm
10oz chix breast
2 cups of steamed brocc.
around 4pm
protein shake 50mgs
got busy at work and didnt eat til about 8pm bout an hour before training so I had a large apple and some pine apple chunks fresh.
Will have some more chix after the gym bout 10 oz or so.
Also I am supplementing everything with Nitrix, NO-Xplode and CellMass.
Been using it for years and love it.
Bout to actually down some NO-Xplode now and make a shake for the ride tio the gym...
As far as the first two injections went SOOO FAR SO GOOD except I had a sleepless night last night and the PROP IS MAKIN MY ASS SORE AS HELL!!!!
I will post pictures along the way and I will try and make this as in detail and easy to read as possible...
