    ***cycle progress!!!***

    I started my cycle Sunday of Test-Prop and Tren-A...75mgs of each ED!

    Right now I think I am going with just a 10 week cycle with the goal of gaining nice lean muscle and hard increased definition.

    My cycles so far have been Test-E/Deca, this is my first run of Prop and Tren.

    My diet is pretty clean...

    7am.
    7 egg whites and 1 whole
    Ezekial bread toast 2 slices or Oatmeal, depends on my mood. ( Bread today)

    10am
    Protein Shake. 50g
    banana
    1/2 tspn of Peanut butter.


    about 1pm
    10oz chix breast
    2 cups of steamed brocc.


    around 4pm

    protein shake 50mgs


    got busy at work and didnt eat til about 8pm bout an hour before training so I had a large apple and some pine apple chunks fresh.


    Will have some more chix after the gym bout 10 oz or so.

    Also I am supplementing everything with Nitrix, NO-Xplode and CellMass.
    Been using it for years and love it.


    Bout to actually down some NO-Xplode now and make a shake for the ride tio the gym...


    As far as the first two injections went SOOO FAR SO GOOD except I had a sleepless night last night and the PROP IS MAKIN MY ASS SORE AS HELL!!!!

    I will post pictures along the way and I will try and make this as in detail and easy to read as possible...

    Need stats.

    age
    height
    weight
    bf%
    diet summary/# meals per day
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

    And please try to post pic ASAP as these compounds will begin taking effect soon.

    btw, i suggest you get some help on that diet. It is quite poor. Look in the diet section, Phate, JamyJam, and Nark with help with that.

    yea, diet could use some work

    enjoy the prop pain, how many injection sites will you be using?

    Put down some starting stats and pics so you have a record of progress

    Yes the diet needs some work. I know, its tough in my business (Car Business) long hours and it get hectic....

    No excuse. I outlined a diet today will post tomorrow, just got home from the gym and I am beat.

    T-MOS thanks for the prop pain reminder....So comfy!!!

    I will be using Glutes, Delts, Quads for inject sites....

    Will update tomorrow

    you can try to cut the prop with B12 or get some sterile oil to cut it with, might help with the pain
