Weight training in the early morning vs the evening..

Is there a difference between working out early morning vs the evening? I have heard that it is good to workout weights in the morning than in the evening.. but ive heard that its good to have food in your system and "fuel" to power you through a workout in the evening.

Who and why thinks either one is better than the other? just need opinionss..

though lifting in the a.m. may make you feel good through out the day it's my understanding that your work outs will be less effective do to you glycogen stores being low. i've read that working out in the evening showed much greater results because of that.

You will most likely lift harder and stronger in the evening. You will have way more energy from the meals you ate the day. But if you can only work out in the morning then get er done.

I've been working out early in the morning, mainly because there's less people in the gym vs at night. It's also nice to get it out of the way so the rest of my day is free.

i would say no big difference except at night you will have more energy because you wil have had mroe calories consumed throughout the day

I hear it is better to train back in the morning because something about walking around all day compresses your spine. Idk just heard that and thought is was worth mentioning. that being said I work out at night

How about afternoon? Unless work gets in the way. I feel like my best workouts are right around 1 or 2. I can get 3-4 meals before and 3-4 meals after. I've never done any research on this, but I've heard countless times that your natty test levels are higher in the morning than later in the evening.
