Does anyone else feel they constantly have to articulate and pop their neck/back. I feel i have to do it about every 15 minutes or so. In the morning when I wake up I have a nasty snap fest with my neck.

At first I though yeah, I have been doing it for years, almost daily and some times a few times a day but not every 15 minutes.
One of the problems is it is habit forming and also you can cause damage by over extending or popping your joints. It's not a good idea to do it that often for sure.
