This is the first time I have tried anything like this so I am going to post my thoughts and things experiences with this cycle. I took some before photos and will try and get them posted. Any questions or tips feel free to post them.

Day 1
I took .3ml (60mcg) at around 1pm. I also took 2 Taurine tablets. Within an hour I was shaking a bit and a little warmer. Not sure if this is normal or all in my head. I had been to the gym that morning and ran on the treadmill for an hour and swam for a bit too. After work we went swimming again and did a water aerobics class. I had a bit of muscle cramps before the class so I took 2 more Taurine tablets. During the class I felt fine, but did have some slight hand cramps. Sleep can only be described as terrible. I went to be at around 10pm and woke up frequently. I had been up since 5am, so I should have been plenty tired. It felt like I would just lose track of time, but I never really slept.
Food: Some soda (bad call right before the gym), (2) chicken breast, some manicotti, mixed vegetables and meal replacement shake.
Day 2
I took another .3ml (60mcg) at about 5am. Showered and went to the gym. We ran on the treadmill for about 45 minutes then I swam laps in the pool. I felt sleepy, but not tired. Meaning I had energy, but felt like I had no sleep and needed more.
Food: 12in Roasted chicken sandwich from subway (9 grain honey oat bread, provolone cheese), chicken breast, mixed vegetables.
