At the moment I'm 6'2-6'3 and 215 pounds with 15% body fat, but I'm fighting a very slim looking physique. I've known a few body builders who go to my gym for two years who are hooking me up with a 8-10 week cycle of test and just want to run by my routine to a few more experienced users, so I'm assured everything I'm doing is correct.
Monday and Friday I'm supposed to use half a cc, self-injecting into my upper outter thigh or mid shoulder. Is half a cc too much for a first time user? Is it ok to start on Friday? I'm getting too anxious. Also, is it best to self-inject quickly or slowly? I've seen it done both ways. They recommended using an estrogen blocker the first 4 weeks as well as after the cycle.
I'm knowledgable when it comes to doing the correct workouts, eating, and resting, I just want to know if there's anything important I left out, or if there's something else I can do to get the most out of my cycle with the least amount of side effects. Also, maybe talk about important things you wish you would have done differently during your cycle that you left out so that I'm more aware. Your comments are appreciated!
