I'm pretty new with steroids, I've been lifting for about 12 months, I have a good frame, diet etc, and I'm considering Dianabol.
A few typical noob questions:
I'm gonna start with 30mg daily and see how I get on.
How long should the cycle last, optimally?
Will I experience much gain using dianabol alone?
Also: at what point should I start using nolvadex? (I hear itchy nipples are a good indicator)
Would:
Day 1 - 100mg
+ 10 days - 60mg
+ 10 days - 40mg
Nolvadex be sufficient for PCT?
I've read pretty much most of what I can on the subject but I'd like some further advice that'd suit me personally.
