You always want to drink a lot of water...... i try and get in 1.5 gallons while on cycle. The reason you want to drink a lot of water is so your body says "Hey... i'm gettin plenty..... i don't need to store any" LOL..... but i don't think it may be enough to keep off water while on something thats going to bloat you if you're prone to bloating. Arimidex is goood..... i'm not sure about anything OTC.... I havn't tried OTC diuretics.

What are your goals of your cycle, if its bulking i would not worry to much about the water. It will go away after the cycle. Also you are right drink lots of water and watch your sodium intake. I would be very careful with arimidex as i feel it really hinders your gains when on cycle. But thats just my opinion i am sure others will have their own.
Drink a ton of water and if you check that red banner out the red banner at the top they have a product called liquidex which is arimidex
goal is lean bulking.
let's clarify here.. anyone got some research on drinking alotta water to bring down bloat????
this is news to me...
a-dex from ar-r at the top of this screen is cheap.. im using it at .25mg eod and barely even got a bloat going on.. good stuff
lol i wouldnt recommend buying anything from that link above!
If you bought your gear from that link above then you wouldn't even have a bloat going on in the first place beause its dud gear
Since when does ar-r sell gear? that's new to me.....
