Just thought I'd list out my planned cycle as starting in few weeks, wanted to makesure I'd covered everything.

Meal 1 8:00am
Bowl of Alpen (sugar free) with semi-skim milk, 5 egg whites (1 whole), two heaped tbsp fat free cream cheese, fruit
Meal 2 12:30pm
100g wholemeal pasta, one large chicken breast, veggies
Meal 3 5:30pm
As meal 1
Bottle of Powerade/Gatorade during Gym
Meal 4
PWO shake
Meal 5
1 can of tuna, 1 can of beans, two tbsp olive oil, veggies
Plus I usually squeeze in a snack before bed like a bag of peanuts, egg omlette or another can of tuna.
