Help with cycle Test E, Deca, Winny

Hey guys new to this board need help with cycle.
5.10"
200 pounds
10 to 15% bf
4th cycle need help with stack (sus 250, deca, test E ) low doses previews cycles history

Got some Test E, Deca, Winny Plz advise on doses and after pct ?? This was my ideal ..

Test E (250mg/ml ) 1-12 weeks 500mg a week
Deca (200mg/ml ) 1-12weeks 400mg a week
Winny 20mg tabs ?? after my cycle or last 2 weeks then for how long after ?
Dont no what to do for pct plz help me

run the winny and test together at the end..
is it oral or water

run the test a week longer than the deca, run the winny at 50mg/day for the last third of the cycle or so, run the winny all the way till the day before you start pct. start pct 2 weeks after last test dose, which will be 3 weeks after last deca dose.

( 1* ) the winny is oral and 20mg per pill.

( big ) So u want it to look more like this

Test E (250mg/ml ) 1-12 weeks 500mg a week
Deca (200mg/ml ) 1-11 weeks 400mg a week
Winny 20mg tabs 6-14 weeks 50mg/day

Start PCT 14days after last test dose

Still dont no what to do for PCT

I would run the winny 6 weeks, 9-14
start pct week 15, clomid 100/50/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20 would work, you also may want to include aromasin. you may also want to consider HCG for the end of the cycle. There are many pct protocols that work, this is just a general idea.

When u say this its 100 a day for a week and then 50 a day for a week and so on ?
I can get some Arimidex would that work as well ??

Anybody else have any ideal on if I can use the Arimidex in place of the nolva and any ideals on the doses?? Thx for the help.

Agreed.....I personally don't use clomid...it fukks with my vision...can't have that riding my scoot. I like nolva/adex...for pct..its what I found that works for me.

arimidex is your choice. You can hang on to it to see if you need it during cycle or use it from the start. Normal starting dose is .25mgs/EOD
