Names blake, I live in Austin Texas and am interested to see what is all out there for muscle mass. I played high school football and baseball, I was also in power lifting in high school and thats where I started noticing major changes in my muscle mass and strength gains. Im 6 foot even at 187 lbs, I use to take myoplex protein, amplified creatine 189 and no explode. Im tired of throwing big chunks of money to these companies like BSN, and GNC. I want to tone up a bit and drop some of my baby fat lol, but at the same time I would like to get at around 215-225ish. If anyone has any suggestions on supplements to take please share with me.
