Ive been lifting for almost a year now hard anyway. Lifted back in high school also. Im 5"10 184 pounds 25 years old and about 14 to 15 % bf. Im looking for some to put on some mass and dont want much fat to go with it. My diet is pretty solid. Any sug, I dont wanna start juiceing yet. Im wanting to run my first cycle in about 6 month but until then Im wanting to take something else. please help.
