    test/d-bol

    Still planning my first Test E 250 cycle and researching more info. Newayz I plan to run 500mg/week which i will inject 250mg every 3.5 day during the week but I would like to run d-bol as a kick starter to my cycle. Would you recommend using d-bol for my first cycle? I read some threads that said its optional but also read some that said test e should be taken alone to see how you body reacts to aas. Ive been looking 10mg/tab how many tabs would you recommend a day if so? Also i heard its better to take on a empty?

    Weeks 1-12 – 50 mgs Proviron
    Weeks 11+12: Pregnyl 3 χ 2500 /WEEK + NOLVA 10/ED

    My stats:
    Height: 5'9
    Age: 25
    Weight: 156lbs
    Body Fat: 9% last i checked
    Years Training: 6 years

    Normal day diet:
    Morning: 2cups milk, 2 scoops whey protein, 1 cup of protein
    1hr later: 4-5 scrambled eggs w/ backed beans and toast
    Afternoon: Grilled chicken with rice
    1hr later: creatine + shake
    Midday: Tuna sandwich and steam veggies
    Dinner: ground beef/ whole wheat pasta
    Before Bed: cottage cheese/with apples + shake

    Its hard to eat while working a full time job and going to school full time. I plan to do my aas cycle this summer because i can concentrate in getting more calories and rest without worry about school.

    So you wouldnt recommend the d-bol as a kick starter for my first cycle? Just stick with the test 500mg/week for 1-12 weeks?

    You could kick start if you want.You really need more calories especially at 156.Good luck.

    no way.... cant give him a suggested cycle before he even post his stats and as u can see he weights nothing.. needs to get his diet first

    you dont need a cycle .. get on a diet first.. you will get big and lose it all.. u can do it naturally.. u should weigh 175 pounds no problem on a diet.. plus your not gonna grow unless u eat enough on cycle either.. post up your stats in diet section and someone will help you with that

    Last i check 156lbs for my age and height was in the healthy/normal range

    well than if its normal for your age why do you want to even go on than? im just telling you get to the diet section.. u take steroids when u reached you maximum potential and your about 20-25 pounds off of that. your my height and i too am eating right and the weight keeps going up..

    Its easier said that done. Like i said becuase of work its school its kinda hard to eat like a 200lbs man that whys i would like to start in the summer when im on break. I have read the diet forum by jamyjamjr and yes i know i still have to tweek to my diet and its no where close to being perfect or good.

    your gonna have to tweak it on cycle even more... says you been training for 6 years jsut think if u would have ate right that whole time you would been 200 pounds by now. imo...


    85% diet
    10% lifting
    5% gear

    not exact measurement but its a point

    u need to put some weight on.. first. then see were it goes from there.. just making suggestion.. cause i was in the same boat and i didnt have anyone helping me..

    6 years on and off because of school and work. I have a very high metabolsim rate and i had injured myself snowboarding last year. I did weight 166 lbs but lost it from not going to gym. It will be a matter of time before i can reach my original weight again but im a very hard gainer. Yes i know i could increase my carb/calorie in take to reach more weight but like i said i dont have that kind of money or time to do that right now

    Though i also neglect doing my legs as well sometimes. I know if gave my legs workouts a little attention im sure i could add more muscle mass/weight.

    its your body.. you will do what you want.. but i say do it right or dont do it at all..

    the money its gonna cost for your pct.. and like i said your gonna have to eat no matter what.. when you come off your gonna lose it.. back at square one again..

    Yeah i doubt that. My friend ran a ass cycle. Hes in the same boat as me works a full time job and school. After running his pct he did lose a little weight but maintained most of his gains. I assume the weight he lost was from the water retention (bloat) and coming off aas cycle. I see what your trying to say that diet is key and i agree. I know my friend didn't exactly have the cleanest diet either but he did eat a lot more on his cycle.

    this diet is in need of extreme help, come to the diet forum so we can help you out tremendously, cand do gear without a solid eating/training regime first

    sounds like hes asking for input , then doesnt want to hear the answer. no offense but these guys are giving you good advise that will work....except i also disagree with the post on the dbol cycle... always test only for your first run...imo

    also if you dont have time to diet right as it is, and are short on cash, a cycle is DEFIANTLY not the way to go. it cost a lot to do it right...supplements, food, pct, test, etc....

    Ok i will try to out the diet forum. Hopefully they can help with a diet that wont break the bank. Me and roomates consider ourselves ballers on a budget.
