Okay so I first thought about slimming down and toning up but instead im just going to bulk up a bit. I have a couple questions, I am a newbie to the steroid/supplement world so im looking to learn. Here are my goals and maybe they will help pin-point what I should take. I am 6 foot even, about 187lbs, I have takin creatine, protein, and pre-workout drinks. I have also taken m-drol pro hormone, super drol, novadex, torque, and h-drol. Im tired of throwing big chunks of change to these companies and only gaining about 10-15 lbs. So I have decided to step it up and go big. I want to gain around 25-40 lbs of lean solid muscle, any suggestions on what I should start out with? Thanks
