Nolvadex before bed

I spent some time searching for this answer but cant find one. I am taking 30 mgs of d bol/ 500 mg of test cyp. My nipple are sore n puffy. Is it best to take nolvadex before i go to bed or in the morning?????

it doesn't matter.

take nolvadex whenever. you won't feel any sides from it, so it shouldn't matter.

i take 20mg before bed but i really dont think it matters that much

Doesn't matter but continue to take it for at least a couple of weeks after the symptoms subside, or on through PCT if cycle outruns symptoms.

Im taking 2 iu's of getropin and 500 MGS of test cyp and 30 mgs of dbol....My gyno is mild but noticable. My nipples are not too sore but i do feel hard lumps underneath. Is 30 mgs of Nolva sufficent? Will it hinder my strenght gains? or should i switch to letro or armidex till the gyno disipates and then go back to nolvadex?

You can take it whenever just be consistent with the dosage.
